Rosemary is a native West Virginian and staunch WVU fan.  She and her husband Art have lived in Fredericksburg for more than 35 years. After 30 years as a community college librarian, Rosemary retired in 2009 to attend Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. She graduated in 2013 and completed a two-year residency in pastoral care at Mary Washington Hospital in 2015. She continues to serve there as a contract chaplain.

Rosemary is active in her church, Fairview Baptist, as well as in the Fredericksburg Emmaus community. She also serves as a crisis care chaplain with Virginia Baptist Disaster Response. She was one of the original HOPE3 board members and served on the inaugural HOPE3 Weekend. Rosemary rejoined the board in 2019.

“I am delighted to return to active service with the HOPE3 board and look forward to seeing God continue to work through HOPE3 ministries.”
