Brad joined the Board in 2023.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and has served as a financial advisor to Pensions and Foundations, including many faith-based groups.  He was educated at Oklahoma State University and the University of Texas, and co-founded his own Investment company in 1999.   He sold his firm and retired in 2020.  

Brad was reared a Southern Baptist, but attended Methodist and Presbyterian congregations throughout his life.  His faith journey recently led him to become a Catholic and member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Virginia Beach.  Brad has been a proud supporter of HOPE3 from its beginning, and now feels called by the Lord to take a more active role in support of its ministries.
