It takes a multitude of people to successfully run a nonprofit like HOPE3 Ministries and to offer impactful programming each week throughout the year. We are grateful for every prayer, every volunteer and every helping hand.

HOPE3 Weekend Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering during one of the Weekends, whether it be as a supporter of logistics, or working directly with the participants, please complete the Weekend Team Application. Applications for the teams along with a check for the Weekend fees can be mailed to PO Box 444, Ruther Glen, VA 22546.

Team members will be provided with training and materials needed to fulfill their various roles throughout the Weekend. Each Weekend is a 72-hour commitment (Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon). Additional volunteer opportunities for the HOPE3 Weekend include:

  • Cooks to coordinate and prepare food
  • Prayer Warriors for the Weekend, the team, the participants and their families and sponsors
  • Servant Team members to help handle the multitude of logistics
  • Sponsors to identify seeds and enter into a covenant relationships in regard to the their seeds – provide support to seed before, during and after the HOPE3 Weekend

HOPE3Ministries Volunteers

Additionally, it takes volunteers to run the ministry as a whole. We are in need of:

  • Board Members to serve on the HOPE3 Board of Directors (a three-year commitment)
  • Cooks for the monthly Family Fun events
  • Prayer Warriors for the Organization and its mission
  • Presentation opportunities at local churches and local organizations
  • Team members to carry out the organization’s mission: Curriculum Development Team, Logistics Team, Communications/Fundraising Team, and/or Sponsorship  Development Team
